Our leading tech client is looking to bring on a Channel XF Manager. This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA; Cupertino, CA; New York, NY; or Austin, TX. Candidates based in California may be remote with occasional onsite work.

This is your chance to join a fast-paced Operations Team that enables customer communications and messaging experiences across millions of users globally. The team is responsible for the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns designed to drive awareness and engagement across a range of digital products and services.



  • You will lead the development, testing, and deployment of customer journeys that support growth marketing and engagement objectives.
  • ???????You'll work closely with stakeholders across marketing, engineering, and product to align on goals, platform capabilities, data requirements, and campaign logistics.
  • Your responsibilities will also include monitoring campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to operational documentation and best practices that enable long-term success.


Ideal Candidate

  • 5-7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer journey orchestration
  • ???????Passion for digital marketing and engagement strategies with a strong foundation in campaign development and execution
  • Proficient in CRM/ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Oracle Responsys, with hands-on experience managing customer journeys
  • Familiar with SQL and marketing automation systems
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, product, and engineering
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently and deliver with high attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities and operational changes


Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Background in CRM operations, lifecycle marketing, or customer journey management at scale

Experience working on high-visibility, global marketing campaigns is a plus

This opportunity is located in Culver City, Cupertino, New York, or Austin with a hybrid work schedule. California-based candidates may work remotely with occasional onsite days.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $62.00 - $67.00 per hour.

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
