As a DX Product Manager you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of digital experiences that align with our strategic goals. You will leverage your expertise in persona and journey mapping product and data analytics and strategic thinking to enhance our product offerings. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Consumer banking experience is required.

Location - Washington DC - This is a Hybrid Role.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $95,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of digital product strategies that align with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Provide insights through persona and journey mapping to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Utilize product and data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes and validate product concepts.
  • Drive strategic thinking to identify new opportunities and improve existing product offerings.
  • Ensure alignment of product strategies with overall business goals and market trends.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision effectively.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps that reflect strategic priorities and customer feedback.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align teams on product objectives.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate expertise in persona and journey mapping to create user-centric products.
  • Consumer banking experience (8-12 years) is necessary.
  • Exhibit strong skills in product and data analytics to drive informed decisions.
  • Showcase strategic thinking abilities to align product strategies with business goals.
  • Possess proficiency in prototyping to validate and refine product concepts.
  • Have experience in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Display excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Show adaptability in a hybrid work model and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Certifications Required
