WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Champions the business unit's strategic vision, identifying and aligning technical solutions that support long-term goals while assessing impact on priorities and enterprise direction.
- Leads and develops a high-performing team of product managers and product owners, ensuring seamless execution of Product Management responsibilities within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Partners cross-functionally with business and architecture leaders to deeply understand business challenges, evaluate solution options, and translate strategy into actionable work for Agile Release Trains.
- Owns and communicates the product roadmap, aligning delivery with strategic objectives, collaborating with senior leadership to adjust priorities, and ensuring transparency and accountability in progress and outcomes.
- Drives effective prioritization and planning, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to manage backlogs, conduct pre-PI planning, and align Agile Release Train capacity to deliver business value.
- Orchestrates end-to-end delivery, supporting release planning, coordinating across ARTs, and ensuring cohesive, strategic solutions that meet scope and timing expectations.
- Leads with agility, actively engaging in key SAFe ceremonies, adjusting execution plans as needed, and maintaining a relentless focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Experience and Background: 5+ years of leadership experience within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including 2+ years leadership over an Agile Release Train (ART).
- Agile Expertise: Expertise in SAFe Agile frameworks, with a deep understanding of PI planning, ART ceremonies, and Agile Release Train dynamics to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Deep understanding of business processes, value streams, and supporting technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Strategic thinker with strong critical thinking skills and a proven ability to align technology with business needs, market trends, and industry requirements.
- Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated success in leading teams, projects, and process improvement initiatives while meeting deadlines and empowering others to achieve objectives. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities, with a commitment to developing talent and fostering team growth.
- Relationship Management: Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and relationship building across organizational boundaries to drive business results.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effective communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business and technology audiences.

- Experience with group insurance products.
- An understanding of the administration of group insurance benefits and how external entities are involved in the administration process and the role these entities have in the group market.
