*Job Title: Customer Service Representative* Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to analyze customer needs, facilitate product sales, answer inquiries, and respond to requests. You will be the first line of communication for troubleshooting and achieving desired results. This role involves providing quotes and organizing workflow to meet deadlines while managing calls and customers with professionalism and courtesy.
Responsibilities * Analyze customer needs and facilitate product sales. * Answer inquiries and respond to customer requests promptly. * Serve as the first line of communication for troubleshooting product-related issues. * Provide accurate quotes and organize workflow to meet deadlines. * Manage calls and interactions with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Skills * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Detail-oriented and organized. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. * Customer service oriented. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Mechanical and numeric aptitude is preferred. * Experience working with or on agricultural products is preferred. * Ability to work independently and solve problems. Work Environment This role is based in an office environment, offering an opportunity to work with a dedicated team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
