Job Summary:
We are hiring a Salesforce Systems Administrator/Consultant in Raleigh, NC through Belcan. The Salesforce consultant will help the business customize and optimize the Salesforce platform to meet their unique business needs. You will act as an advisor, guiding the organizations in leveraging Salesforce to improve customer service, streamline operations, and enhance organizational performance. In addition, you will translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. This role you will be a hybrid on-site role, supporting a large project through at least the end of the year. We are looking for someone who is experienced with both declarative and programmatic features. Skills should also encompass Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration with other systems.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Salesforce Administration: Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and data management, is essential. This includes configuring Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud).
2.Integration and Customization: Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems and customizing Salesforce to meet specific business needs. This involves using tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to create custom solutions.
3.Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to build and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce to present data to senior management. This skill is crucial for providing insights and supporting decision-making. Knowledge of Excel and Power BI is desirable.
4.Project Management: Skills in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of CRM projects. This includes defining and executing test cases, developing deployment plans, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
5.Process Mapping and Documentation: Capability to understand and support commercial needs by translating requirements into clear, concise process lists and mapping them in tools like Visio. This helps in ensuring consistent alignment in project definition, prioritization, and delivery.
6.Communication and Presentation: Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey strategic recommendations and IT solutions to clients and stakeholders. This includes providing training and support to end-users.

Experience & Skills Required:
* Bachelors Degree in IT or a related Field
* 5-6+ years of experience with Salesforce platform
* Experience configuring Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud)
* Use of tools like Apex and Visualforce
