Job Overview:

As a dynamic and strategic partner, the Corporate HR Business Partner plays a key role in shaping FXI's talent strategy, driving performance excellence, and fostering a thriving company culture. This role is about more than just managing people-it's about championing growth, engagement, and retention. With a passion for unlocking potential, the HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership, coaching, developing, and delivering innovative solutions to elevate the employee experience across corporate locations. This role will focus on the corporate locations / departments and will also partner with our plant HR managers to ensure seamless, high-impact HR initiatives. Additionally, this role will partner directly with the Corporate HR Director and Learning & Development to support and execute strategic programs across the organization.

Responsibilities:



  • Build Strong Partnerships: Develop impactful relationships with corporate business units to foster a culture of high performance and contribute to operational success. You'll be the trusted partner for managers and teams, driving forward-thinking strategies and practices that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR Director & L&D: Partner with the Corporate HR Director to ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with Learning & Development to support and deliver impactful programs that drive employee growth, retention, and organizational success.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Be the go-to advisor for managers and employees, offering consultative coaching on HR-related matters. Align everyone with corporate goals and values while ensuring best-in-class practices are consistently applied.
  • Elevate Talent Strategy: Assess talent, identify skills gaps, and implement succession planning strategies to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization by developing leadership and maximizing team potential.
  • Organizational Development: Implement strategies for organizational development, workforce planning, and performance management to enhance the effectiveness of the business and the well-being of employees. Drive impactful change in how we develop, engage, and retain talent.
  • Collaborate with L&D: Work closely with the Learning & Development team to help drive the delivery of key training and development programs that will cultivate top talent and ensure the retention of our best and brightest. Support the execution of initiatives designed to increase employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Lead employee relations activities, investigations, and resolution processes with professionalism and confidentiality. Ensure a fair, inclusive, and positive work environment that allows everyone to thrive.
  • Drive Communication & Accountability: Keep leadership teams aligned with regular communication, ensuring that goals, expectations, and value commitments are met with precision and accountability.
  • Lead Strategic Projects: Research, recommend, and implement solutions that improve HR processes and policies. Your forward-thinking mindset will drive continuous improvements and help shape the future of FXI


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related degree
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience with progressing levels of responsibility, experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
  • Experience building foundational & best-in-class HR programs
  • Critical problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Experience with ADP/Lyric a plus
  • Experience with Qualtrics Engagement platform a plus
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state applicable laws & regulations
