As an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Work/Life Specialist, you'll provide EAP resources and information to internal and external individuals, pertaining to basic needs including financial, legal, child and elder care. You'll manage and contribute to the EAP resource website, including researching and identifying additional resources for employee assistance. You'll also provide immediate support and intake services for EAP customers seeking resource information on these basic needs, or prompt screening to a Licensed EAP Counselor as needed.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary: $46,800 - $66,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Provide direct EAP services to employees and families via phone for financial, legal, and caregiving needs.
  • Assess needs, offer resources, maintain case records, and ensure continuity of care.
  • Conduct initial intake, transfer calls to licensed counselors, and provide support during wait times.
  • Understand and promote EAP plans and resources, building relationships with vendors and partners.
  • Contribute to the EAP website and assist with training materials, staying updated on community services and industry changes.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • Respect for confidential information and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online databases.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a changing environment.
  • Resourcefulness and strong listening skills to assess and meet customer needs.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.



PREFERRED:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health.
  • 1-2 years EAP experience with previous customer service background.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
