The Web Content Production Specialist will be responsible for the timely and accurate execution of content production on ptc.com. As a member of our web production team, they will work on content authoring, updates, edits, and translations as well as content quality assurance and the creation and maintenance of internal documentation. Responsibilities & Duties: Author, maintain, update, QA, and publish website content through Sitecore CMS (Content Management System) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and organize content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines Monitor and update ticket statuses in our ticketing tool (Jira), to ensure tasks are delivered on schedule and with all requirements completed Contribute to the team's internal documentation repository Work in Smartling to manage translation of web pages, ensuring content is accurately localized for different locales Create, monitor, and test website pages to ensure they're displaying properly, following all internal guidelines, and providing an optimal experience across devices Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of their tasks and requests, while ensuring that all the request requirements are met in compliance with internal web best practices and rules Project Manage assigned ticket load Qualifications & Skills: Attention to details Fast learner Sense of urgency and drive to work towards set deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, information technology, or a related field Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles Familiarity with content management systems a plus At PTC, we believe in the power of diverse ideas and perspectives.
