Job Title: International Customer Service Representative (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

Job Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual International Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll process customer orders with speed and accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support our international sales operations. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:




  • Accurately process customer orders in the system.



  • Issue credit and debit requests per company policy.



  • Enter and manage system tickets to resolve order discrepancies.



  • Collaborate with the sales team to address order-related issues.



  • Maintain accurate records of orders, credits, and communications.



  • Perform additional duties as assigned.




Qualifications:




  • Associate's degree in Business or related field required; Bachelor's preferred.



  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Finance, or International Operations.



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).



  • SAP ERP experience preferred.



  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
