About the role

AnEnterprise Program ManagerII plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within our organization.

This role is essential for ensuring that all projects are aligned, efficiently managed, and successfully delivered.

This position is Hybrid. (3 days in office, 2 days virtual)

What you will be doing

  • Manage and integrate efforts across various projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams globally.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive long-term success.

  • Balance short-term activities with long-term strategic goals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including business process and technology teams.

  • Engage with external stakeholders, including subcontractors and clients, to ensure project success.

  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project/program risks and issues.

  • Ensure timely resolution and stability of project/program deliverables.

  • Track and report on project/program progress, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Ensure projects/program are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

  • Oversee the implementation of project management methodologies and tools.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 10-15 years of recent experience in project and program management, particularly within large organizations

  • Proven track record of managing complex projects/programs and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Visionary mindset to drive long-term success.

  • Ability to align programs with organizational goals and objectives.
  • 10-15% travel may be required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Bonus if you have

  • Certifications (e.g., PMP, or PgMP from PMI) are Highly Preferred.

  • Banking experience is Highly Preferred.
