About the role:

The Implementation Conversion Analyst will support the Prepaid North platform. They will work independently on their assigned projects and prioritize their workload based on updates from management and changes in project status. They will coordinate with clients and internal supplier teams to address the needs of the client and ensure that everyone stays on track for the scheduled live date. This role involves a high level of proficiency in project management and customer service. The analyst will build project timelines, assess implementation statuses, and resolve any procedural issues that arise. Other daily tasks include conducting meetings with both external and internal stakeholders, providing project status updates, aligning requirements, and holding teams accountable for meeting deliverables. The analyst will identify any procedural changes that need to be made during every project implementation, including conducting lessons learned sessions after project launch.

This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule consisting of at least three days per week in the office at one of our FIS locations in Florida, Georgia, Little Rock, New York, or Wisconsin.

About the team:

The team is Prepaid North Implementations and consists of 2 programmers and 3 implementation conversion analysts that work in the United States and India. The team works with existing clients to make changes to their programs. This role will also interact with our Prepaid South Implementations team regularly.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Use project management skills to manage and execute various projects end-to-end, ensuring timely project completion for all assigned projects
• Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Understand, apply and explain concepts
• Analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Improve processes and procedures
• Report project stats to management

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
