Event Logistics handles all event activations for Red Bull North America. As event specialists, we strategically assist Red Bull in maximizing event solutions. You will be responsible for managing your regional network of vendor partners who supply inventory, warehousing, maintenance, transportation, and labor services for Red Bull events. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance operational efficiencies. You'll support key initiatives by supplying detailed documentation and working with stakeholders to ensure the dynamic environment of event production operates smoothly. You will report to an Event Logistics Manager and be part of an exciting national team. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3+ years of experience in managing large-scale events, specifically handling the entire event production process including pre-planning, on-site execution, and post-production, with a proven track record in event logistics, warehousing, and transportation. Experience in event production, marketing operations, and logistics. Familiarity with various methods for transporting goods by air, rail, sea, or road. Strong project management skills and ability to lead planning, scheduling, estimating, budgeting, resource planning, and generating status reports. A critical thinker capable of making informed decisions to meet business needs. Excellent written, organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks. Embody and represent the Red Bull brand. Skilled at navigating and influencing within a matrixed organization. Travel 40-50% Permanent Benefits eligible
