Job Description

The Director of VAS NA Sales and Commercial Operations will be responsible for leading the implementation of effective sales and commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of our business model across the region. In addition, the role holder will develop and execute new, transformation projects to drive our Sales and Commercial Operations processes to achieve best in class sales execution. The position will work closely with regional Issuing Solution Sales leaders to implement and coordinate systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Support individual pipeline reviews & updates and VAS monthly AANR outlooks.

2. Quota setting and working with comp team to align plans and quotas at individual level and support any queries.

3. Aligning the quarterly revenue forecast with finance.

4. AANR governance and application of appropriate process/policy.

5. Annual plan and MSO (Mutli-Year Strategic Outlook) support.

6. Support on QBR/MBR preparation for various internal updates.

7. Signed Not Live and Deal Performance tracking, reporting & driving revenue acceleration through aligning resolution plans with Sales & other functions.

8. Other strategic projects to provide thought leadership support to the Issuing Sales function

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

* 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

* 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD

* At least 10-12 years of work experience, including significant experience in financial management and strategic sales operations planning in a B2B high-growth sales environment.

* Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent with focus in Business/Finance or related business field.

* Strong communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships in a complex, matrix organization, including collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology and Customer Service teams at different levels.

* Must be results-oriented, organized, able to handle multiple urgent tasks and must effectively deal with ambiguity.

* Strong working knowledge of CRM (MSFT Dynamics), MSFT Excel/Power Point and Tableau

* Solid understanding of the electronic payments industry, its products, services and technologies would be beneficial but not a necessity.

* Interest and intellectual curiosity regarding the global financial system, as well as FinTech and business models

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 129,200 to 234,200 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
