LAB_Application_L3_Empower_Senior Analyst Cognizant Technology Solutions in is seeking an LAB_Application_L3_Empower_Senior Analyst who could join our team of professionals in a permanent role. Primary skillset: Empower Secondary skillset: Labware and other LIMS knowledge good to have Roles & responsibilities: * Hands-on experience with Empower CDS * * Co-ordinate with Business/IS on requirements Analysis * Pharma template understanding (relationship between Item Code, Sample Plan, Analysis, Analysis Variation and Product) * End to End Product configuration knowledge * Analysis configuration with Calculation (knowledge of variations is desirable). * Good knowledge of LIMS Basic - format calculations, analysis component calculations (variables properties, writing basic algorithms) * Perform installation on Dev, Test, Training, Prod and DR Instances * Co-ordinate with Business/IS on any clarifications * Co-ordinate with Project team on analyzing requirements, performing changes, Validating the changes and documentation * Coordinate with other Project Team Member(s) on Project Activities * Co-ordination with RUN Team for Go-Live and Hypercare Qualifications: * 12+ years of experience and hands-on experience with Empower CDS * Good knowledge of typical Lab systems and related Instrumentation * Proficiency working with Office tools, Windows, Adobe pdf, MS Access. * Ability to learn fast and flexibility * Good communication skills in online environment, being trustworthy and reliable. * Being focused and goal oriented, organized. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $66,896 K -$132,500 K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
