JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS About the Internship This part-time summer internship offers undergraduate students the opportunity to engage in projects that promote educational equity, access, and student belonging at Penn State. Interns will contribute to meaningful work that intersects with higher education policy, student engagement, and institutional strategy. The role is ideal for students interested in careers in education, public service, student affairs, policy, or academic administration.
