Serving as a part of the larger Applebee's Operations team, this leader will primarily support the Learning and Development function for restaurants in our company markets, with a subset of responsibilities that support L&D initiatives across the broader franchise portfolio. Someone who: *Understands how specs, standards, consistent processes, and personal connections help to deliver GREAT Team Member and Guest experiences.
