We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Systems Analyst to join our Apopka, FL team. You will be responsible for executing tasks and projects that support the objectives and needs of the customer service organization, this includes configuring, installing, and providing support for a variety of applications, systems, and users in a fast-paced environment. This key role provides routine and complex support and analysis for all systems and processes used by the customer service teams. The analyst will proactively monitor, manage, and communicate intraday and historical contact center performance and provide recommendations that support team obligations and organizational growth and improvement initiatives. Candidates for this position must be able to support projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. This is all done within the confines of goals and visions provided by leadership. Key Qualifications:
Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated TTC range will be from $61200 - $113600 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus and/or sales incentives.
