Job Title: Video Teleconference Engineer Location: On-site in Farmington, CT with occasional (paid) travel to Waltham, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time Client of TEKsystems *About the Role:* A client of TEKsystems is seeking a Video Teleconference Engineer to join their global IT infrastructure team. In this role, you'll support the deployment and maintenance of enterprise-grade video conferencing solutions across a dynamic, distributed workforce. This is a great opportunity to work with cutting-edge A/V technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage and support Cisco video infrastructure including CUCM, Expressways, CMS, and Cisco Endpoints (Kit Series, C/DX) * Administer and troubleshoot Polycom infrastructure (Proxy, DMA, RPAD, Resource Manager, Bridges, Group Series, Studio X) * Collaborate with internal teams and vendors (Cisco, Poly) to resolve infrastructure and endpoint issues * Support onboarding and connectivity of new endpoints across corporate LAN environments * Provide technical support for Crestron touch panels (Mercury, Biamp, Flex) and Mersive Solstice Pods * Assist with Appspace digital signage and Synergy Sky platform integration * Utilize ServiceNow for incident and change management * Maintain a strong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, switches) *Required Qualifications:* * 5+ years of hands-on A/V engineering experience with Cisco and/or Polycom * Deep knowledge of Cisco infrastructure (CUCM, Expressways, CMS, Endpoints) * Experience with Poly infrastructure (DMA, RPAD, Resource Manager, etc.) * Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively * Solid understanding of enterprise networking concepts *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience with Crestron, Mersive Solstice, Appspace, and Synergy Sky * Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools * Previous experience in a large-scale, global enterprise environment *Why Join This Project?* * Work on a high-impact, global-scale initiative * Gain exposure to diverse technologies and enterprise infrastructure * Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals * Competitive compensation and benefits through TEKsystems Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
