The Student Services Analyst serves as the Graduation Tech, Selective Admissions Coordinator, and plays a vital role in ensuring all enrollment coordination of all new and existing Third-party Apprenticeship partnerships for the credit programs are supported. This candidate is responsible for providing quality control and daily processing of all student records. The role of Grad Tech is vital to awarding of students' degrees in a timely manner enabling graduates to secure employment, transfer to other colleges for advanced degrees, and crucial to the reporting of our completion rates. Essential Functions 40% - Graduation, Records, and Selective Admissions Graduation & Records:

40% - Enrollment, Apprenticeship Coordination, Student Support, and Process Management Enrollment & Apprenticeship Coordination:
Student Support & Process Management:
20% - Respond to enrollment verification requests, program plan changes, class permissions; documents requiring processing in Dynamic forms, MEID/password reactivation process. Answer to incoming calls and chats, maintain and update information in CRM/Customer Relationship. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs. OR An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation. Desired Qualifications A. Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution with three (3) or more years working in Student Services as a Graduation tech and/or using degree audits B. At least one (1) year working in specialized program admissions C. Experience in working with Third-Party Partnership and Enrollment process D. Experience with online systems (i.e. Google Suite, CRM, SIS, Canvas, etc.) E. One (1) to Two (2) years of experience working with a digital records management system Special Working Conditions
