The Role:

Maintain high standards of maintenance and cleanliness for all facilities, parking lot, administrative offices, and casino in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate floor buffers and polishers to clean and maintain hard surface floors, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and shine.
• Use carpet extractors to deep clean carpets, removing stains, dirt, and allergens to maintain a fresh environment.
• Safely operate scissor lifts to clean and maintain high and hard-to-reach areas, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Utilize pallet jacks to move heavy equipment and supplies efficiently within the facility.
• Maintain and restock bathroom caddies with cleaning supplies and personal hygiene products, ensuring all areas are fully equipped.
• Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks such as mopping, scrubbing, and sanitizing various surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
• Operate high-pressure washers for deep cleaning tasks, including outdoor areas and industrial kitchen equipment.
• Clean all slot machines, floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators in front and back of house areas.
• Clean, disinfect, and restock all restrooms in front and back of house areas.
• Mop floors around the bars, restrooms, and entrances in front and back of house areas.
• Remove all trash and debris from machines, floors, and trash cans in front and back of house areas and empty all trash and debris in the outside dumpsters.
• Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning schedules and respond to urgent cleaning requests promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year experience in cleaning public buildings and/or facilities is required; deep/ heavy duty cleaning experience is preferred.
• Ability to use housekeeping and maintenance equipment, including vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, buffer, ladder, tommie lift, hand tools, shop vac, bucket truck, forklift, and safety equipment.
• Safe and appropriate use of cleaning chemicals and equipment and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English, to include ability to read chemical labels
• Ability to verbally communicate utilizing two-way radio
• Must obtain and maintain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.

Target Salary Range: $17.00
