Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Management: Communicate and manage relationships with key business partners through a regular cadence, monitoring and tracking deliverables.

  • Technical Project Management: Oversee and manage projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget. Support project management activities including planning, execution, and follow-ups. Document and improve existing processes, standard operating procedures, and workflows.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, or enhance quality.

  • Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify and address inefficiencies in workflows and systems. Analyze business performance and identify areas for operational improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments (e.g., finance, Legal, PMO, Development, etc.) to align operations with business goals and the execution of business strategies.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the business.

  • Presentation to senior leadership.

  • Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear communication channels and provide regular reports on operational performance.

Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a Bachelor's of Science in Software Development;

  • 8+ years of experience in a product business operations role or a related field are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.

  • Mobile Industry Experiences

  • Business Performance Analytics and Budget Management
