Bring your energy, compassion, and attention to detail-we'll bring the opportunity to make a real impact!

We're looking for a dedicated Clinical Medical Scribe / Patient Care Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of patient care, working closely with physicians to document real-time medical encounters, support clinic operations, and help ensure patients feel informed and cared for every step of the way.

You'll be a key part of the care team-gathering important health info, educating patients, assisting with procedures, and making sure every detail is accurately captured in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). If you're passionate about healthcare, love being organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with physicians and nurses to deliver top-notch patient care

  • Accurately document patient visits in real time while shadowing the provider

  • Collect vital health information and help patients understand their care plan

  • Perform point-of-care testing (POCT), immunizations, and injections

  • Assist with ordering tests, medications, and follow-ups

  • Help keep things running smoothly by handling clerical tasks

  • Be a friendly, knowledgeable face patients can count on!

What You Bring to the Team (Minimum Requirements):

Education & Credentials

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program

  • Certified as a CMA (AAMA), RMA (AMT), NRCMA (NAHP), or CCMA (NHA)

  • Current BLS certification (or willing to get it before starting)

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with immunizations, injections, and POCT

  • Solid knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to keep up in a clinical setting

  • Comfortable with multitasking and thinking on your feet

  • Great with technology (Microsoft Office and EHR systems)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Passion for providing exceptional patient care

  • Completed a medical terminology course or have one year of experience using it on the job

  • Understand and respect HIPAA and patient privacy guidelines

  • (Bonus!) Radiology training or certification if your role includes radiologic functions

Why You'll Love It Here:
  • Be part of a supportive, tight-knit team

  • Every day is different-never a dull moment!

  • Make a real difference in patients' lives

  • Learn and grow alongside compassionate professionals
