AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) Enablement Team within the Enterprise and High-Performance Compute Business Group (EHBG). This individual will collaborate with AMD's largest Enterprise & HPC EPYC processor customers, enabling them to build world-class x86 servers across all target market segments. The role involves close collaboration with internal groups such as sales, marketing, operations, pricing and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of AMD and customer product roadmaps, as well as coordinating marketing activities to drive share gains for customer products. Attributes of a successful candidate include a deep understanding of the semiconductor and server industries, experience in the OEM and/or ODM ecosystems, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Success in this role will be measured by platform coverage of the world's leading x86 server suppliers using AMD EPYC CPUs and the share growth within their product portfolios. THE PERSON The ideal candidate is a strong operator with a proven track record of driving OEM and/or ODM engagements and achieving aggressive targets. He/she possesses strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, a passion to win, and a collaborative mindset. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
