We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Philadelphia PA 19132.

Earn $31.88/hour.

Position Details

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supports clinical operations, providing essential medical and
nursing care to individuals experiencing behavioral health urgent needs. This position works under the
supervision of the CRNP(s) and in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary BHUCC team. The LPN
conducts medical screenings, performs biometric assessments, draws blood for labs, administers
medications, coordinates prescription authorizations, and participates in care coordination.
