We're currently seeking a Clinical Support Associate II (CSA II) to support our Primary Care float team. This full-time (0.9 FTE) position plays an essential role in delivering hands-on patient care, supporting providers across various workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience for the patients we serve. In this float role, you'll enjoy the opportunity to work with multiple primary care providers and teams, offering both variety and valuable learning experiences each week. What You'll Do: Room patients, take vitals, assist with procedures Manage in-basket messaging and patient calls Perform lab draws, point-of-care testing, and documentation Support team workflows across providers with flexibility and initiative What You'll Bring: Medical Assistant diploma, EMT, or LPN background preferred Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association Strong multitasking skills and a proactive approach to care delivery Exceptional communication and patient service skills Why Delafield and ProHealth Care? Provides care in partnership with the patient and their family, with the goal of supporting an optimal healing community. Support ProHealth Care's Mission, Vision, and Values while adhering to the ProHealth Experience customer service goals. Efficiently prepare exam rooms by setting up proper equipment and supplies, following standard rooming workflows to prepare patients for provider exams, obtaining vital signs, health history verification, and ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR Clean exam rooms after each patient visit and maintain sufficient stock of supplies. Answer patient calls, obtain medical information, report test results, administer medications and vaccinations, prepare sterile fields, and assist with procedures as directed by providers. Perform therapeutic treatments, health screenings, specimen collection, Point of Care testing, and assist with splints or wound care under supervision. Respond to urgent situations, call for clinical assistance as needed, and assist in maintaining clinic medications, vaccinations, supplies, and equipment. Float to other departments or clinic locations as assigned by PHMG Leadership.
