Job Summary

As a Manager, Enterprise Change & Communications, will be responsible for planning, developing and delivering strategic communications in support of transformational change aligned to CDW's highest business priorities. Working closely with the Director, Enterprise Transformation Change& Communications, members of the Transformation Office, Communications and Coworker Success teams, you will play an important role in ensuring the organization achieves its objectives of its transformation plan. Importantly, this role requires both building strategic change communications plans, iterating and developing best practices, and scaling for impact.

What you'll do

  • Execute on the Change Management roadmap to support strategic initiatives within the Transformation Office. This involves a range of organizational change management activities, including impact assessment, training preparation, communications, and stakeholder engagement
  • Execute on practical and pragmatic way of working through CDW's common standards, tools and approaches to promote efficiency which includes:

Governance, Planning, Analytics, Reporting

  • Establish intake process for Enterprise change office to scope projects
  • Scale and communicate Enterprise Change Management methods, tools, templates throughout organization
  • Reports on portfolio of change projects & metrics by creating Executive-ready dashboards
  • Visualization of data (e.g., adoption, proficiency)
  • Supports reporting of change management outcomes and metrics to leadership, core stakeholders and program teams

Stakeholder Impacts

  • Performs quantitative assessment of change success and change adoption. Solicits feedback loops from team members to resolve success of change management activities and ensure that behavioral changes align with strategic objectives
  • Perform impact analysis, stakeholder analysis on change initiatives
  • Host cadenced meetings with key stakeholders to manage information and update presentations.

Communications

  • Host monthly Enterprise Change meetings across large stakeholder groups, set agenda and prep with subject matter expects
  • Working alongside Transformation Office leads and Business Owners, develop change communications plans that deliver business outcomes.
  • Craft creative, multi-channel communications that help coworkers understand company strategy, their role in it, and the changes required to deliver for our customers.
  • Synthesize complex concepts into easily understood, relevant, and timely information for coworkers at all levels of the organization.
  • Partner across communications, CWS (HR), and Marketing to leverage events, marketing materials, social platforms etc as appropriate to achieve outcomes.
  • Coach leaders on their communications approach to drive impact.
  • Work cross functionally across project teams, Transformation Office etc.
  • Build stakeholder management plans to deliver relevant persona-based messaging.

Training

  • Develop persona-based Instructor Led Training materials, which may include screenshots in SaaS applications (e.g. Salesforce) per release aligned with business and system processes and permissions, based on business and technology persona mappings and alignment.
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and refreshers per release for business-identified trainers to review agendas, content, and teach system functionality, include CDW Business Subject Matter Experts (SME) in these sessions to provide additional business process and design context.
  • Lead or coordinate system demonstrations per release with SMEs and the change network.

What we expect of you

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in change, communications, management consulting, or corporate strategy
  • Governance, Planning, Analytics

  • Highly skilled in developing, publishing, and presenting information tailored to the audience and intent.
  • Strong strategic and executional abilities
  • History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize across a wide range of efforts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • History of building and maintaining productive working relationships
  • Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to be persuasive and hold partners and coworkers accountable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management applications
  • Proven ability to create and manage informal teams delivering across multiple business functions
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize concrete and abstract concepts to develop executive level presentations
  • Salesforce CRM/CPR, Power BI reporting experience is a plus
  • Leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate work product is a plus
  • Technology industry experience is a plus

Pay range: $ 103,000 - $ 154,200 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 10% subject to terms and conditions of plan
