About the Role

Citrix is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the product roadmap and strategy for the Citrix Workspace app for Windows-our flagship client used by millions of enterprise users globally. This role is pivotal in delivering a seamless, secure, and high-performance user experience that enables access to virtualized applications and desktops across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

As the product lead for Workspace on Windows, you will define the product vision, shape the end-to-end user experience, and lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, support, customers, and key technology partners. You will also play a central role in aligning strategy with the broader Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) roadmap to support emerging enterprise needs and modern endpoint trends.

Job Description/Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and strategy for Citrix Workspace app for Windows, delivering a consistent and secure experience across infrastructure types (cloud, on-prem, hybrid).

  • Drive feature development in alignment with platform advancements (e.g., Windows 11, ARM-based devices) and Citrix CVAD/DaaS capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely and high-quality releases.

  • Partner with customer success, support, and marketing to evangelize new capabilities, support adoption, and integrate customer feedback.

  • Monitor competitive trends and evolving endpoint standards to influence product direction and maintain differentiation.

  • Utilize telemetry, support data, and user research to define and track success metrics and continuously improve product experience.

  • Lead cross-team initiatives and coordinate with partner teams across Citrix to ensure cohesive platform-level experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management or a related field, ideally within enterprise software, virtualization, or endpoint platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred); Master's or MBA is a plus.

  • Deep familiarity with Windows OS, Citrix Workspace architecture, and client-side technology stacks.

  • Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix DaaS, and secure access technologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional teams in global environments.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and business audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience launching or managing enterprise applications at scale.

  • Familiarity with Windows OS, Virtualization technology, hyprid or cloud platform.

  • Understanding of end point OS, ARM-based devices, and hybrid cloud use cases.

  • Experience collaborating with Microsoft or other ecosystem technology partners.

Why Join Us?

  • Lead product direction for the most widely used Citrix client across enterprise endpoints.

  • Drive innovation that empowers millions of users and IT admins in hybrid work environments.

  • Shape a product that spans mission-critical scenarios-frontline workers, regulated industries, and high-performance use cases.

  • Collaborate with a world-class team committed to transforming the modern workspace experience.
