Job Summary Job Description What is the Opportunity? The Finance Department's Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) Regulatory Reporting Team is seeking an Associate Director to assist in the production of the required structure regulatory reports submitted to the FRB, and other regulators. The job's main responsibility is to manage all regulatory requirements for structure regulatory reports (FR Y-10, FR Y-6, FR Y-7, FR Y-12A, etc.) and to ensure complete, accurate, consistent and timely submission of these reports to FRB. The position requires an understanding of legal entity structures, including the creation of new legal entities and legal entity structure change events, and the various regulatory reporting requirements related to these events for the structure reports applicable to RBC. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
