Financial Advisor

Job Description

Provides technical direction, project leadership, and coordination of effort among financial work groups for analysis of diverse business proposals, development of business plan/strategic plan and on-going financial technical advice to senior management.

Essential Functions

• Performs analyses regarding financial and/or operational performance on such issues as productivity, operational statistics, cost trends, and revenue trends.

• Assists with assigned projects by performing, analyzing, and tracking financial, statistical, and computer modeling techniques to support department recommendation.

• Maintains analysis models to support recommendation provided to management.

• Reviews financial plans for completeness and consistency with established objectives and priorities to include monitoring accomplishments of plans.

• Assists management in determining and defining the business impact (both operational and economic) on the operation of proposed systems, capital investments, and/or product changes. Prepares, reports on, and tracks feasibility/profitability studies related to proposed corporate programs and strategies.

• Assist and provides input in the interpretation of new/changing securities rules, regulations, policies or laws; updates processes for compliance to rules and regulations as well as department procedures.

• Plans and executes remediations efforts for any identified issues with minimal guidance/support from supervisor/manager.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance or related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years directly related experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit or operational analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical, human relations, and communication skills.

Finance Executive Advisor

Job Description

Routinely leads and manages teams and/or projects/programs for executives.

Essential Functions

• Designs, develops, and/or implements innovative, complex solutions, methodologies, modeling techniques, database tools, products/materials, and/or programs.

• Effectively interacts with executives on a routine basis, and/or is assigned as an informal leader, coach or mentor to less senior staff.

• May represent executive management at meetings or functions. May provide presentations or act on behalf of executive management.

• Exhibits executive level business etiquette and knowledge.

• Acts independently on behalf of department or division.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance or related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Six (6) years directly related experience in financial analysis, financial planning, business consulting, project management, accounting, audit, tax or operational analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Advanced analytical, human relations, and communication skills.

• Has successful experience in making exec level recommendations regarding complex business solutions. Has advanced skill with business software, and/or web development.

• May use advanced financial modeling techniques, database tools and approaches.

• Ability to plan and work on multiple major corporate assignments concurrently.

• Demonstrated ability to lead people and/or executive level projects/programs.

• Has proven ability to design, develop, and implement materials, projects, and programs from a minimal concept.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to provide effective presentations to executive management.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $7,094.23/month - $14,413.11/month
