*Description*
-As a LAN Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team on complex network projects. You will develop your professional network and leadership skills as you support a wide variety of network-related solutions. You will also utilize your technical skillset and business understanding to help solve critical business problems. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve LAN issues and replace defective components as needed Respond as needed to support requests that relate to LAN development and support Provide off-shift support for critical incidents. Team members rotate through an on-call schedule, requiring occasional off-shift and weekend support calls Work directly, as needed, with business partners and vendors with integration of infrastructure Design and implement processes and process improvements to aid in development and support Follow ITSM process and documentation for all changes Collaborate with other technical teams as needed to plan and execute changes (i.e., firewall, VPN, wireless, NAC, etc.) Advise business partners regarding technical questions/issues in the LAN space *Skills* LAN, Cisco, Hardware, Install, Support *Top Skills Details* LAN,Cisco,Hardware,Install,Support Other Desirable Qualifications: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Experience with automation technologies and scripting Experience with DNA Center Wireless knowledge and experience Relevant work experience with medium to large companies *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
