The incumbent will lead the COSMIC Integrated Operations Center or CIOC.

The CIOC schedules work activities, including operations, construction, maintenance, and tenant service requests, will be scheduled and coordinated in conjunction with production operations and test support activities. Effective work control requires standard, executable, and effective scheduling and work coordination subprocesses that are tailored to the dynamic nature of SSC and MAF multi-customer/tenant environment - where schedule priority and conflicts are constant risks.

Our approach to deliver an IOC for COSMIC is built around a centralized and integrated work control process for all operations, which has proven highly effective in establishing priorities, resolving conflicts, efficiently allocating resources, and reducing the overall cost of services for all customers.

Through the IOC, our work control process will enable efficient job planning, scheduling, and execution with an emphasis on meeting NASA, program, resident agency, and commercial tenant expectations.

Work Model: Onsite

• Leads the COSMIC Integrated Operations Center or CIOC.
• Schedules work activities, including operations, construction, maintenance, and tenant service requests, scheduled and coordinated in conjunction with production operations and test support activities.
• Performs effective work control standard, executable, and effective scheduling and work coordination subprocesses that are tailored to the dynamic nature of SSC and MAF multi-customer/tenant environment - where schedule priority and conflicts are constant risks.

Mandatory:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience scheduling operations.
• Previous experience scheduling maintenance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on contract.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Valid Real ID state issued driver's license with acceptable driving record.
