Network Administrator - Tier I

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing network infrastructure, with hands-on experience in Meraki, Sophos, and Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Meraki network devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Implement and manage Sophos security solutions to protect network infrastructure.
• Utilize Microsoft technologies to enhance network operations and support business needs.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless network operations and support.

Qualifications:

• CCNA or Network + is required
• Proven experience in network administration, specifically with Meraki, Sophos, and Microsoft technologies.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Relevant certifications in Meraki, Sophos, and Microsoft technologies are a plus.
• Helpful if the candidate has experience with remote support, Unifi, RocketCyber, and Datto RMM.
