Under limited supervision, create project level business architecture artifacts for specific projects.

Essential Functions:

  • Works with the business, IT and other architects.

  • Aligns project level artifacts with the strategic initiatives and with the IT standard methodologies for development.

  • Facilitates the creation and evaluation of business processes, business capabilities, requirements and use cases to recommend project level direction.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Deep understanding of IAM principles and practices, including physical security aspects like badging.

  • Ability to integrate and manage multiple systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Lenel, IBM (photo capture), RightCrowd, and Entrust.

  • Strong skills in managing and executing projects, aligning them with strategic business goals.

  • Advanced knowledge in hardware, software, and network systems.

  • Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.

  • Capability to identify and address complex technical and business issues.

  • Familiarity with IT development methodologies and strategic alignment.

  • Skills in leading initiatives and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Understanding of security protocols and regulations related to physical and digital access management.

Work/Domicile Location(s):

  • The desired location for this position would be hybrid in Collierville (Memphis), Tennessee or Coraopolis (Pittsburgh), Pennsylvania; however, this position may be located anywhere within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.

Relocation:

  • Relocation assistance may be available based upon business need.


Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

General knowledge of hardware, software, and network.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
