IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Philadelphia, PA office.

The Senior Administrative Assistant 2 will be responsible for providing administrative support for assigned engineering teams and completing day-to-day administrative marketing tasks. Senior Administrative Assistant 2 will also be proficient in supporting all areas of engineering. Additionally, this position will demonstrate proficiency at using and reviewing IMEG standard document templates.

Principal Responsibilities

* Follow and promote IMEG standards
* Assist assigned team and other teams as needed
* Maintain confidentiality of project/client, corporate, and employee matters
* Attend and actively contribute to group meetings
* Demonstrate leadership in the administrative role
* Arrange meetings, tasks, and travel as needed for team
* Exhibits problem solving and initiative when working with engineering team
* Phone answering as needed
* Handle incoming/outgoing mail and shipping as needed
* Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met

Required Skills/Abilities

* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to work with staff of all levels
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude
* Strong leadership skills
* Proven self-starter
* Demonstrated high level of professionalism
* Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work with engineering specifications for all disciplines
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
* Proven ability to identify and resolve challenges efficiently

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma/GED required
* Associate Degree preferred
* 5 years of experience minimum required, 6 preferred, in administration
* Experience with engineering administration preferred

This position is not eligible for sponsorship

Physical Requirements:

* Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer
* Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
