Essential Functions

• Develops billing and collection systems to ensure timely and accurate response frompayers.

• Develops comprehensive forms and templates to facilitate the flow of information between patients and practices/offices.

• Develops comprehensive forms and procedures to facilitate and improve referral and patient scheduling

• Develops mechanisms for monitoring of services provided and resolution of problems that arise to ensure the effective operation

• Conducts staff training on any of the described form, processes, systems and mechanisms. Develops training manuals

• Provides high-qualityservice and an enhanced patient experience.

• Participates in the planning and organization of programs and operations

• Performs other duties as assigned.
