Reporting to the Test Services Lead, the EMI Test Technician will perform shielding effectiveness testing of materials and EMI/EMC compliance testing for supplied equipment such as Military and Medical devices to various commercial standards including but not limited to MIL-STD-461, DO-160 and IEC61000 family. Review Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) test request requirements, including EMI/EMC/ESD to generate Test Plans to perform. Maintaining an active presence while participating in the quoting process and independently conduct testing as directed by generated test plans. Contributing to the overall Quality Assurance program to ensure no defects or misrepresentation of testing.
