Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $19 - $24/hr.

Essential Tasks:

Responsibilities include managing accounts receivable and payable, handling invoicing and billing, and overseeing purchasing activities. The role also involves completing various forms, filing, organizing documents, and managing inventory. Additional duties include maintaining regulatory logs and paperwork, shipping and receiving, order entry, order picking and processing, and managing customer relations. Daily production recording is also required.

Qualified candidates will have QuickBooks and administrative experience.
