Pay Rate: $21 - $23/hr.

Schedule: Shifts will be 8 hours between 6am and 9pm

Key Responsibilities:



  • Create and manage work orders through completion, ensuring follow-up with vendors and clients.
  • Communicate and escalate issues to facility managers, customers, or vendors as needed.
  • Resolve third-party invoices in collaboration with the account team and Accounts Payable.
  • Respond to facility emergencies involving fire/life/safety, appliances, pest control, and landscape/snow services.
  • Submit expense and capital approval forms to support internal facility managers.
  • Reconcile and process consolidated invoices for national account vendors.
  • Maintain contact information in the work order management system and support additional projects or meetings as needed.


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and present effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work overtime on short notice.
