Are you looking for an opportunity to work with specialized access control? Well this is the role for you we are looking for a specialized technicians to run access equipment for large financial facilities? Location: Middle Tennessee area (within a 45-minute radius of Morrison, TN) Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Installation Technician to join their team in the Middle Tennessee area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing ATMs, TCRs, Alarm Systems (DMP), CCTV systems (WAVE), and other banking equipment. This role includes a company vehicle and gas card, with drive time included. Basic hand tools are required, while special tools will be provided. The position may involve travel up to 2 weeks per month, with a $60/day per diem while traveling. Most days will start at the Morrison office. Responsibilities: * Service and install our client's equipment. * Assist with the installation and servicing of security and banking equipment. * Perform wiring of electronic and security equipment. * Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions. * Account for all installation tools/equipment and job parts/inventory. * Test all installed/serviced equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with customer requirements. * Communicate important project status information to management and customers as necessary. * Complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner, including timesheets, expense reports, change orders, and equipment transfers. * Gather equipment, parts, and supplies for maintenance or installation activities. * Maintain proper parts inventory levels in the vehicle for service calls. * Ensure the company vehicle is maintained according to established standards. * Maintain a clean driving record and operate company vehicles using safe driving practices. * Report accurate records of hours and materials used via our technician phone app. * Maintain and repair all equipment systems per OEM standards or industry-accepted substitutes. * Work with clients onsite to ensure their satisfaction with repairs/maintenance activities. * Act in a leadership capacity when onsite with newer or less experienced employees. * Train customers to utilize newly installed equipment when needed.
