About Technical Operations BioMarin's Technical Operations group is responsible for creating our drugs for use in clinical trials and for scaling production of those drugs for the commercial market. These engineers, technicians, scientists and support staff build and maintain BioMarin's cutting-edge manufacturing processes and sites, provide quality assurance and quality control to ensure we meet regulatory standards, and procure the needed goods and services to support manufacturing and coordinating the worldwide movement of our drugs to patients. SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Sr. Technical Manager, Data Analytics & Technology will lead, and shape identification and implementation of tools and techniques required to collect, analyze and present data with a focus on developing and delivering impactful solutions for the global quality organization and operations. These solutions will be designed with the objective of improving, systems, processes and overall performance of the quality and broader technical operations organization. The person in this role will also play a key role in developing and maturing digital innovation for the quality organization.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in data management with the ability to drive innovation and optimization in business analytics and predictive analytics. They also have a strong background in current and emerging digital technologies such as AI, machine learning and cloud computing to address complex challenges in manufacturing and quality. The ideal candidate will be able toidentifykey business challenges and priorities, translate them into high-impact advanced analytics initiativesanddrive and deployinnovative solutions that align with strategic businessobjectives.You will overseecollaborativedevelopment anddeploymentof data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and business value.

The salary range for this position is: $123,300 to $184,900. BioMarin considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
