THE JOB:
As a Catering Sous Chef, you will be responsible for upholding our high service standards, ensuring our kitchen facilities are impeccably maintained, and delivering exceptional meals that exceed guest expectations. Your culinary creations will help create unforgettable WOW moments - memories that our guests will cherish forever.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations, fiscal budgets, labor productivity, and scheduling.

• Oversee the implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs and regulations for team members

• Assist Executive Chef with managing Human Resources Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness throughout all kitchen areas

• Interact with guest to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of dining experience

• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of work experienced as a restaurant/banquet's chef preferred

• Previous experience managing employees represented by a collective bargaining agreement preferred

• Has strong knowledge of standard kitchen equipment

• Has strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
