Job Summary

• Serves as an Internal, Education and Organizational Learning Consultant
• Develops Education Educational and Organizational Curriculum for both the Classroom and Virtual Training environments.
• Presents, Teaches and Facilitates.
• Plans, Coordinates and Implements Educational/Organizational Programs and initiatives.
• Evaluates Education Outcomes to Improve Existing Programs, Determine Program Viability, and Assure Learning is Optimized.
• Coordinates and Documents Program Attendance and Maintains Appropriate Records.
• Maintains Knowledge of Developments in Education through Continuing Education Activities and Review of Literature and Best Practices.
• Assists Department Leadership with Special Projects as Assigned.

Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of course development software and authoring tool, instructional design, on-line learning resources/materials, adult learning styles, participative training design, interactive learning methods, group process facilitation, organization communications processes, presentation skills and project management. Skilled in the use of Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tool, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and WebEx. Excellent verbal and written skills required. Skill in the development of e-learning needed. Experience with Health Stream Learning Center a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Instructional Design or other related field. Master's degree in education preferred.

Experience

Minimum of two years' experience in adult education, and or training and development, with experience in Instructional Design, as well as classroom instruction. Prefer healthcare related experience.

Licensure/Certification/Registration/ETC.

None Required. Preference given to certification in Instructional Design and Adobe Captivate Certification. Certification to teach Crucial Conversations helpful.
