Job Summary

The Student Affairs Business Operations group is seeking a full-time temporary intern to assist with operations and administrative projects over a 2-month period. The candidate will work with operations and administrative personnel to on projects related to business process improvement, compliance, and documentation. The candidate may also assist in the day-to-day administrative operations of Student Affairs business units.

Essential Job Duties
  • Assist Student Affairs operations personnel with business process documentation, workflow, data entry, and filing.
  • Assist with project tasks as directed.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • General aptitude with computer software and understanding of IT systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Some college experience, with an emphasis in IT and/or accounting.

Hiring Range

$18.50 - $19.00 Per Hour

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
