Hourly Pay Range:

$34.41 - $53.34 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Job Summary:

As the Business Analyst I at Endeavor Health, you will focus on tasks like assisting in gathering requirements, documenting processes, and performing data and process analysis. You will support the senior analysts and teams with data gathering and documentation. You will be responsible for identifying the business needs, documenting and maintaining process flows, use cases, and reports. In addition, you will present your findings in meetings, and support communication between stakeholders. You will help foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders, promote the consistent use of available tools, techniques, workflows, and platforms, and perform administrative tasks as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will be expected to remain updated on the latest solutions and technologies and advocate for the adoption of industry best practices.

What you will do:

  • Collect and document automation and application business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Support process mapping and workflow documentation efforts.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project updates.
  • Monitor and maintain automation solutions, identifying and resolving issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the processes.
  • Prepare documentation and reports related to projects.
  • Stay current on the latest trends and innovations in relevant technologies.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Experience: One (1) or more years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
  • Unique or Preferred Skills:
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of customers.
  • Working knowledge of RPA, AI, and other relevant automation and application development technologies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must have the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
  • Basic understanding of business process analysis and workflow design.
  • Fundamental knowledge of data gathering techniques, such as surveys or interviews.
  • Introductory knowledge of industry standards (e.g., SDLC or basic Agile principles).
  • Ability to create visual aids like process maps, charts, and diagrams.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and build upon knowledge to advance to more complex concepts.
  • Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Embraces a culture of continuous improvement.
