Description & Requirements About the Role The Category Manager - Indirect Corporate Services is responsible for managing Indirect Spend and Procurement Activities in assigned categories within the Corporate Services Category. Category responsibility may include Testing & Certification, Travel, Legal Services, Consulting, Marketing, HR and Finance related services. This individual will have responsibility to define the regional category strategy, working both with stakeholders in multiple areas of the business, as well as global procurement and finance counterparts. This role has a primary US/North America focus with some global responsibility. The candidate will work with leadership across all divisions of Harman, internal stakeholders and external sources. They will develop/manage the local strategy, while contributing to the overall global team strategy. The candidate will be expected to actively participate in global team meetings, representing their region. Accountable for the year over year expense reduction and other category related targets assigned directly. Support in achieving the overall category targets and objectives to attain overall budget performance as well as expected internal/external performance. #Hybrid #LI-MM1 Pay Transparency $ 105,000 - $ 154,000 Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need.
