Cencora are looking for a Senior Director Finance - Global Functions to join the team hybrid based in Conshohocken, United States.

The Senior Director Finance - Global Functions is a senior finance leadership role responsible for managing the financial performance of Cencora's Corporate Functions, excluding IT.

The role has full responsibility for financial performance, analysis, and efficiency of Corporate Functions such as Finance, HR, Strategy, and Legal, with an annual expense budget of approximately $600 million.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee Long range plan, annual budget and monthly forecasting processes.

  • Present financial results and provide future guidance to Corporate Function leaders.

  • Lead financial modelling for current and future business solutions.

  • Manage and develop the Corporate Functions finance staff.

  • Use Finance systems - Hyperion, SAP etc tools to ensure accurate reporting and insights.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to drive accurate reporting and deep insights to help Corporate Functions leadership efficiently manage their areas of responsibility.

    Education & Experience requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA preferred.

    • At least seven years of progressively responsible experience, with a minimum of three years in a leadership position.

    Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of financial and information management.

    • Expertise in data analysis, financial modelling, and be an expert in using tools like Hyperion EPM and MS Excel.

    • This role requires a strategic leader with a solid financial background, capable of driving efficiency and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making within the Corporate Functions of Cencora.

    • Ability to interact with executive management and explain complex financial models.

    • Strong project management, leadership, and team development skills.

    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
