We are looking to hire a career-minded Customer Service/Office Admin for a Moving & Storage company in Centennial, CO!
*Job Description:* - Taking inbound calls from customers regarding products/services and scheduling estimates with the sales team - Covering front desk duties for a full day once a week - Assisting billing and other departments with mailings and other projects - Handling customer calls and engaging with them to address concerns *Qualifications:* - 1+ years of customer service/administrative experience - Typing speed of at least 35 wpm - Strong computer skills *Work Environment:* - On-site work location in Centennial, CO (Zipcode 80112) - Shift is Mon-Fri 9 AM to 6 PM, with the office open from 7 AM to 6 PM and on Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM - Will work 1 Saturday/month and have 1 day off during the week (given a month notice of schedule) *Pay: *$21/hr *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
