Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology.
Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans * Schedule and confirm patient appointments * Communicate with patients regarding treatment options, costs, and payment plans * Assist with patient intake and registration * Maintain accurate patient records and documentation * Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care * Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service * Follow up with patients regarding treatment progress and next steps * Ensure compliance with dental practice policies and procedures *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
