Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess tire tread depth, wear patterns, and overall condition before and after installation
• Rotate, balance, and install tires of various sizes, including truck and off-road models
• Operate a forklift to manage customer will-call orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a hazard-free workspace
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent the brand with professionalism
• Recommend appropriate repairs or replacements based on tire condition
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer and operational needs

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of tire technician experience preferred
• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for 8-hour shifts
• Forklift experience a plus
• Must be mechanically inclined and computer savvy
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
