Job Summary
The dispatch analyst is responsible for daily reviews of kiosk cash and card inventory, and they are expected to take appropriate action when support is needed for a kiosk. This includes daily dispatching, daily follow up on missed armored carrier services, working with technical support staff for tech issues, analyzing demand data for schedule or on demand services, and auditing provider invoices for services completed.
Essential Functions
- Review status of kiosks and dispatch armored carrier support as required. Daily monitoring of kiosk inventories of cards, paper, and cash. Work with a sense of urgency to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Focused attention and follow up to armored carrier escalations to achieve cash pick up completion. Works with the third-party armored carrier contacts, internal Service Account Managers, internal dispatch team and Operations leadership to create solutions when required.
- Update and audit internal systems with site changes, kiosk changes, dispatch details, and status updates.
- Ensure dispatch efficiency through ongoing reviews with the Armored Services Manager and Sr. Kiosk Operations manager. Determine kiosk needs for on schedule/on demand services.
- Monitor schedules and frequencies, submit changes prior to the first of each month as required to continuously remain efficient.
- Assist with processing monthly invoices for payments and disputed charges.
- Verify that kiosks are prepared for the cash volume of upcoming events, holidays, and anticipated seasonal or weekend sales velocity.
- Work with the Sr. Kiosk Operations Manager as needed to complete new installs with armored carriers.
- Develop relationships with third party vendors and contribute to weekly performance meetings.
- Assist with coordination of meetups of armored carrier and technical support when needed.
- Assist with armored carrier projects, kiosk onboarding and exits with carriers.
- Understand cash processing steps after armored carrier has swept cash and support Finance investigations as required for reconciliations.
Education, Experience and Other Skills
- Minimum 2 years' experience with data logistics, service scheduling or project coordination
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Manage multiple and shifting priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills, a solid foundation in business application development and a "can do" attitude
- Must be able to develop formal business documents following established documentation/presentation software packages (or similar products from other vendors): MS-Word, MS-Excel-, MS-PowerPoint
